Agencies on the impact of new technologies
Yesterday, Forrester issued a report highlighting which emergent technologies matter most to the 15 largest U.S. interactive agencies. The questions focused specifically on how new channels, technologies and platforms will influence the agencies' design practices -- although I think the far more interesting questions are around how the big agencies see emerging media impacting their strategic marketing approaches -- and the responses aren't particularly surprising. Here they are (the numerals beside the bars represent the number of agencies, out of 15 total, that indicated that the channels will impact their design practice):
